London
In the West part of London, Christmas carols are about to echo across the London streets and tiny evening lights are going to bring up warmth and the feeling of coziness to every alley in London. The streets like Regen Street, Bond Street or Oxford Street will show you why so many people keep coming back to the old, breath-taking city of Harry Potter and Shakespeare every year at Christmas. You do not want to miss out on that! So have a look at current airfare deals from London (or to London) and set off for a big London trip!

New York
Forget about American fries (did you know that they actually came from Belgium?) and myriad of fried chicken breasts. There’s much more to get excited about when in New York! Set off for a little shopping trip to Manhattan and please your beloved ones with a handful of American-Christmas presents. Modern, flashy lights, brilliant tiny shops run by recognized designers and mainly the sweet American accent will adorn your little “vacation quickie” with Christmas magic.

Rome
Is your head just spinning on when thinking about visiting Rome? Well, you are not the only one. May that extraordinary city breath that unforgettable atmosphere at you as that’s the place where the modern meets the traditional. Visit Piazza Nova where you can get inspiration what to buy to your kids (or your friends’ kids), stroll around the st. Peter’s square or take part in traditional midnight Vatican mass. Let’s get tipsy out of that unusual cocktail of Italian charms and events!

Sydney
You can forget all about snowmen, cold burns and half a meter long icicles as the place we are talking about right now is Sydney, Australia! So enjoy tiny grains of sand crawl up your big toes on the beach or feasting your eyes on bouncing kangaroos instead! Another recommendation is to run riot with Aussie guys as they are so welcoming!

New Orleans
Can you hear that too? Staggering jazz tones are reverberating all the way across the big pond called the Atlantic ocean. May that sound go right through your body, through your very soul and refresh you that much that you would want to end up in one of the local bars and stay till the closing time.

So if the only thing the still keeps you here is the exaggerated price of your air ticket, do not hesitate to check the best airfair deals. Just pick the city you want to depart from and have a look at the best airfare deals currently available. Fingers crossed for you to have the best Christmas holiday ever!

Top destinations for summer 2011 breaks

30
July

According to UK travel gurus Thomas Cook, Turkey and Spain are among the most popular 2011 holiday destinations for Brits in search of a little sunshine. But what lies behind their popularity and are there any other destinations tipped for the top this year? Cheap airport parking specialists Looking4Parking investigates.

Renowned for its scorching summer temperatures and great value package holidays, Turkey has long been popular with UK travellers in search of a cheap and cheerful fortnight in the sun.

And despite the high profile fiasco with Turkish tour operators Goldtrail last year, it seems that our appetite for Turkish delight continues unabated – with Turkish resorts topping the charts as the destinations attracting the most interest for summer 2011.

Traditional European destinations

Giving Turkey a run for its money this year, according to early figures from travel analysts Gfk Ascent, are the Spanish Islands, mainland Spain, Italy and Cyprus, with bookings for traditional sunbreak destinations in Europe up 6% on last year.

Behind these mainstays lies the US, with fly drive packages to Florida accounting for much of the interest – particularly with families and the over 50s market.

When asked about their bookings for summer 2011, Thomas Cook Sales Director Joanna Wild said:

“Our stores across the country have been busy fielding enquiries for holidays to destinations ranging from Antalya to Zante. No doubt helped by the continued cold weather!”

“With holidaymakers taking advantage of our traditional post-Christmas early booking deals, the most popular summer 2011 queries have been for Turkey and the Spanish mainland and islands, while winter queries are showing a lean towards the islands of Tenerife and Lanzarote in the Canaries as many look to defrost in warmer climes.”

Wherever you’re planning to go for your summer 2011 holiday, why not save £££s on the cost of airport parking with a cheap airport parking package from Looking4Parking? As well as park and fly deals, we also offer Meet and Greet parking which allows you to drive straight up to the terminal building, leaving your car with a waiting chauffeur who will take it and park it for you.

All you need to do is hop out, grab your luggage and head straight for the check-in desk!
